plaits & braids

I've started working on a series of illustrations featuring some of my favourite hairstyles. First up, the side plait. It's Incomplete so why I'm sharing it with you now I'm not entirely sure. Speaking of plaits and braids, I'm really liking this Leonard St oversized sweater. The braid detail reminds me of a scaled down version of Sandra Buckland's sculptured knits. source: personal illustration
